The Hand of God by Carl Milles towers over the northwestern part of the 75th Anniversary Memorial Garden, which commemorates the founding of the School of Medicine. The sculpture was donated by the Alumni Association of the School of Medicine and members of the Second Department of Surgery as the most appropriate symbol to mark the garden’s completion. It has become an emblem symbolizing the Hospital Campus.
