After graduating, they go on to work in a number of professional fields in various places throughout the world.Currently, there are two Kyushu University alumni working as Embassy staff for the Egyptian Embassy in Japan. Positioned in the Embassy’s Culture, Education and Science bureau, they are working to promote interactions and deepen cultural understanding between Egypt and Japan. In December 2012, Professor Kazuo Ogata, one of Kyushu University’s long time international ambassadors, visited the Egyptian Embassy in Tokyo to meet Dr. Mohamed E. El-Sharkawi, Cultural Counselor, and Dr. Gad Mohamed El-Qady, Cultural Attaché.
