During these times of confusion, you might be suffering from physical or mental disorders. If you feel unwell, please do not hesitate to check your symptoms and to speak out to someone close to you. If you are showing cold-like symptoms


Consult your personal doctor or a medical institution in your area via telephone. If you are unsure about which medical institution to consult, please contact your nearest health center or Consultation Center. In case you need to go out, make sure you wear a mask and avoid using public transportation. Also, if you are a faculty member or a student with mild common cold symptoms like fever or cough, make sure to contact your department. Dealing with Stress


Many people might experience being isolated and having to stay at home waiting, with limited social contact for the first time, which can adversely affect their mental health. If you feel stressed, try to find out what you can do about it.
