Campus Restrictions and Facilities Status at Kyushu University
Thank you for your understanding and support regarding changes to operations at Kyushu University.
In response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and following the national government's lifting of the state of emergency in Fukuoka Prefecture and the request of the prefectural government, Kyushu University has lowered its guidance levels based on the action guidelines as of October 1, 2021.
Under these circumstances, we ask for your help in preventing the further spread of COVID-19 and protecting the health of our students, faculty and staff, neighboring community, and visitors to the campuses. Please consider the necessity of accepting visitors to the university from areas where the number of COVID-19 infections remains high or the virus has been spreading rapidly. It is advisable to employ alternatives such as holding conferences remotely.
If you visit the campus, we ask that you keep the length of your stay to a minimum and give the utmost consideration to preventing the spread of COVID-19 infection. The same applies to campus visits deemed necessary by visitors from outside of the university.
Access to Kyushu University Hospital shall be allowed in accordance with the hospital's action guidelines. Use of Ito Clinic is not subject to this notice.
Your understanding and cooperation is highly appreciated. (Last updated on October 15)
