Kyushu University Commencement for Academic Year 2021
The Kyushu University undergraduate and graduate commencement ceremonies for academic year 2021 will be held as follows.
Please note that ceremony details may change as the situation regarding the COVID-19 pandemic continues to develop.

Help Us Prevent the Spread of COVID-19 (1) Advance registration is required to attend the commencement ceremony at the venue. (registration form) (2) Guardians and other family members are not allowed to attend. (3) Commencement will be live-streamed on YouTube. https://www.kyushu-u.ac.jp/ja/notices/view/2122 (4) Students with fever or cold-like symptoms are not allowed to attend. (5) Temperature checks will be conducted at the entrance. Students with a fever are not allowed to enter. (6) Visitors will be asked to confirm their attendance and disinfect their hands at reception. (7) Please leave a seat empty between you and your neighbor. (8) Please wear a face mask.
(9) Please avoid closed and crowded spaces in and around the venue and remain quiet while in the hall. (10)Eating and drinking are prohibited in the hall. (11）Please install the COVID-19 Contact-Confirming Application (COCOA). |

Venue: Shiiki Hall, Kyushu University
JR Kyūdai-Gakkentoshi Station: Meeting Time by School/Graduate School
A shuttle bus will be available from Kyūdai-Gakkentoshi Station.
Students using the shuttle bus should meet at the north exit of Kyūdai-Gakkentoshi Station (Megane Ichiba, One Karubi parking lot) at the time designated for their school or graduate school.

Following the ceremony at Shiiki Hall, degrees will be conferred by each school and graduate school.
