The 2024 Spring Commencement will be held as follows.

Date and Time: Tuesday, March 25, 2025, 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
(Kyushu University Philharmonic Orchestra performance at 9:45 a.m.)

Venue: Shiiki Hall, Ito Campus, Kyushu University

Note:
(1)  Please enter the hall between 8:40 and 9:40 a.m.  There will be additional buses operating on top of the regular ones. (8 a.m.-9:15 a.m.)
(2)  Please attend the ceremony in a sensible manner and dress appropriately.
(3)  After this ceremony, there will be a degree conferral ceremony at your department so please follow the instructions given by your school.
(4)  The ceremony will be streamed live.
(5)  Additional buses to Kyudai Gakkentoshi Station will be operating till 6 p.m. and only regular buses will be operating after that. 

＊Parents and other accompanying persons will not be allowed to enter the auditorium due to limited number of seats. A separate venue will be set up in the Center Building No. 2 for the live broadcast of the ceremony.
＊Please use public transportation as congestion is expected on campus and surrounding roads.

(2)  Please attend the ceremony in a sensible manner and dress appropriately.
(3)  After this ceremony, there will be a degree conferral ceremony at your department so please follow the instructions given by your school.
(4)  The ceremony will be streamed live.
(5)  Additional buses to Kyudai Gakkentoshi Station will be operating till 6 p.m. and only regular buses will be operating after that.

After the ceremony at Shiiki Hall, each schoo/graduate school will hold a degree conferral ceremoney.  Details will be posted in due course.
