                         Announcement: Spring Entrance Ceremony for 2025

 We are pleased to announce that spring entrance ceremony for 2025 will be held as follows.

The live streaming URL will be announced here in due course.

Date: Thursday, April 3, 2025
Admission 9:00 a.m.
Ceremony 10:00 - 10:20 a.m.
(Kyushu University Philharmonic Orchestra Performance at 9:45 a.m.)
Venue: Shiiki Hall, Ito Campus, Kyushu University

Programs: 
  Opening Address
  President's Address
  New Student Pledge by the Representative of New Students
  Introduction of Deans
  Closing Address 

Note:
(1)  Please enter the hall between 9:00 a.m. and 9:40 a.m.
(2)  After the ceremony, please do not stay in the hall as the undergraduate school ceremony will be held at the same venue.
(3)  At 9:45 a.m., Kyushu University Philharmonic Orchestra will give a celebratory performance.
(4)  The ceremony will be streamed live. 

Parents and other accompanying persons may also enter the auditorium. The ceremony will also be broadcast live in the Center Building No. 2 in case no more seats are available in the auditorium.

Please inform your companions to use public transportation as congestion is expected on campus and surrounding roads.

Guidance for Student Life, Student Songs, Cheering Squad and Etoile's Yell

Note:
(1) Please enter the hall between 12:00 p.m. and 12:50p.m.
(2) At 1:00 p.m., Kyushu University Philharmonic Orchestra will give a celebratory performance.
(3) The ceremony will be streamed live.

Parents and other accompanying persons are not allowed to enter the auditorium. A separate venue will be set up in the Center Building No. 2 for the live broadcast of the ceremony. However, please note that the number of seats is limited and there may be standing room only.

Please inform your companions to use public transportation as congestion is expected on campus and surrounding roads.

Information regarding student ID card distribution, core education guidance, faculty introductions, textbook sales, etc. will be updated around mid-March on.
