Disclosure of Grades in the Admission Screenings 2025 

(1)    The Admission Office will disclose grades given in the admission screenings 2025 upon request from the applicant him/herself.  Overall grades given to you in the preliminary and secondary screening will be disclosed respectively. They will be graded on a scale of A to C.

 (2)    Documents required to make a disclosure request:

a.       Grades Disclosure Request Form (available for download during the request period stated below)

b.       Photocopy of your valid ID

(3)    The applicant may make the disclosure request in person at the counter of the Admission Division at Kyushu University.  We will accept your request during the period from October 1 to 31, 2025, except on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. (Office hour: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.)

 

(4)     Those who live away from, or have some other reason for not being able to come to Kyushu University, we will accept the request via post as well. Please send all the documents stated above as well as a self-addressed envelope with postal stamps (590 yen stamp if you reside in Japan, or 11 international postal reply coupons for overseas residents) to the address below via registered mail during the request period stated above.

  • We often receive applications in which some portions of pages are not printed at all. If you choose to type in, please double-check the completed form, before submitting, to make sure all words / letters you have typed are rightly printed.

ATTENTION: 

  You need to have a student visa when coming to Japan :
1. if you intend to receive financial aid and other benefits listed on the application instructions,
2. if you intend to receive financial aid offered by any organizations for foreign students.

 Please read the application instructions carefully when applying for our program.  For score report of standardized test, we can only accept one listed on the application instructions under "Required Documents".

If the name of the test you took does not appear on the drop-down list, please select 'other' and enter your scores. However, you must not submit test scores that are not listed on the application instruction.

The International Undergraduate Programs which we offer in the School of Engineering and the School of Agriculture are a four-year bachelor program, in which all classes, with the exception of Japanese language classes, will be taught in English. MEXT Scholarship

For those who plan to apply for the school of Engineering, International Undergraduate Program in Bioresource and Bioenvironment, and School of Interdisciplinary Science and Innovation.

(a) Eligibility: Several successful applicants with outstanding screening results are eligible to apply.
(b) Duration, amount of monthly allowance and other benefits:
- Four years with 117,000 yen per month
- Exemption of the enrollment fee and the tuition fee (for four years)
- Airline tickets are provided for you to come to Japan for enrollment and to go back to your country after graduation.
(c) Kyushu University will select a few out of all successful applicants and recommend them to the MEXT after contacting them individually.
