• Absence without notice is strictly prohibited. Please cancel from the system.
• After 9am on the consultation day, it's impossible to cancel from the system. So please call us (refer to the contact below.)

Please submit your application documents to"Kyushu University Job and Career Support System" when you make an appointment if it is possible, or by 9am on the consultation day at the latest. (If you submit late,  your documents might not have checked in advance.)

The places to submit your application documents are as follows
"Kyushu University Job and Career Support System">Individual (Group)Consultation Appointments > Confirm Appointed Consultations > Change/Delete File.

• For online consultations, the Webex meeting URL will be provided in the "Confirm Appointed Consultaions" section. Please check the system before the appointment starts.
• In 5 minutes before consultation starts, please click "join the meeting".
• The start of the consultation may be delayed slightly. We apologize for the
  inconvenience, but please wait until your adviser enters the room.
• Application download of Webex is required.
• Please turn your video and microphone on during consultation.
