As you think about your future and prepare for job hunting, you may encounter various concerns and uncertainties. To support you in addressing these challenges, we offer individual career consultations with professional career advisers who have extensive experience and specialized knowledge. These consultations are designed to provide personalized support tailored to your specific needs, helping you move forward with confidence.

Notice Regarding the Transition of Online Career Consultations

We would like to inform you that the platform used for online consultations will be changed from Webex to Microsoft Teams as outlined below.

Signing in to a Microsoft Teams account or downloading the app is not required.You can join your appointment from your computer, smartphone, or other device.Please note that the appointment procedure remains unchanged.

Consultation Hours and Methods

  • Available Days: Monday to Friday, 12:20 PM – 4:40 PM
    (Closed on national holidays and from December 29 to January 3)
  • Time schedule of career consulting *Each session lasts 40 minutes.

    ④14：30～15：10
    ⑤15：20～16：00
    ⑥16：00～16：40
  • Consultation Format: In person or online (Webex / Microsoft Teams).
    *An appointment is required in advance.

How to Make an Appointment for Career Counseling

You can make an appointment for career counseling through the Kyushu University Job and Career Support System.
Please make your appointment by 9:00 a.m. on the day of your desired session.

  • After logging in to the system, click “Individual (Group) Counseling Appointment.”
  • Then select your preferred date, time, and advisor from “Book an Individual Appointment” to complete your booking.

If you are using the system for the first time, initial registration is required.

Please contact us by phone or email.If possible, please bring your laptop and visit the International Student Career Support Desk (Ito Campus, Center building #1, 2nd floor, Student affairs department counter #9) during office hours.We'll help you set things up together.

Appointment Policies

  • You may have only one appointment at a time. You can make another appointment after your session has ended.
  • No-shows are strictly prohibited. If you need to cancel, please do so through the system by 9:00 a.m. on the day of your appointment.
  • If you need to cancel after 9:00 a.m. on the day of your appointment, please contact us by phone at 092-802-5904.

Online Format (Webex / Microsoft Teams)

  • For online appointments, the meeting URL will be posted on the “View Reserved Individual Appointments” page within the system.The URL will be posted approximately 5–10 minutes before the appointment starts, so please make sure to check it in advance.
  • When it is time to begin, please click the appropriate button below to join.
    - Webex: "Join meeting"
    - Microsoft Teams: "Join now"
  • Please note that your appointment may start slightly later than scheduled due to the previous session running long.
  • During the appointment, please keep your camera and microphone turned on.

Submission of Documents for Review (Optional)

If you would like your application documents—such as your entry sheet—to be checked, please upload them to the Kyushu University Job and Career Support System by the day before your consultation.
*Please note that if your submission is late, we may not be able to provide sufficient feedback during your consultation.

How to Upload:
After logging in to the Kyushu University Job and Career Support System, go to "Individual (Group) Consultation Appointments" → "Confirm Appointed Consultations" → "Modify/Delete Files" to upload your documents.
