Promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Kyushu University was selected as a Designated National University Corporation in November 2021.

As a Designated National University Corporation, Kyushu University has set its sights on becoming a "university that drives social change with integrative knowledge," tackling social issues and transforming social and economic systems through "integrative knowledge" that fuses the natural sciences with the humanities and social sciences.

To this end, Kyushu University will bolster the recruitment and appointment of people with diverse values and lifestyles, regardless of their nationality, gender, or age, in all occupations and positions and create an environment in which corporate, international, and equity perspectives can be utilized to improve the operations of the University.
