4,983 Students Graduate from Kyushu University

  The commencement ceremony for the 2008 academic year was held on Tuesday, March 24, 2009.
  President Arikawa delivered a farewell address to the graduates, saying, “I hope you will take pride in what you have learned in this university and pursue your careers in your own fields, realizing your potentials as Kyudai graduates.”
  On the same day and in the same venue, the commencement ceremony of the graduate school was held with the attendance of Martinus Buekers, Vice President of the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium. Mr. Buekers delivered a congratulatory address.
