The Q-AOS Poster Session, which spotlights the early-career researchers, graduate students, and undergraduates who engage in research on Asia and Oceania in the future, took place online during Kyushu University Asia Week 2021 from October 13 to 27.

The poster session featured 28 participants who prepared a poster and audio commentary for the event website and responded to questions via the comments section. Of the initial participants, seven applicants passed the first round of selection by the Q-AOS Evaluation Committee and presented their works via a live stream on Tuesday, October 26.

As detailed below, the President’s Award and Excellence Award recipients were chosen after the presentations, with an award ceremony held by Q-AOS in Common Facility 1 on Wednesday, October 27.

President’s Award (First Place Award)

Excellence Award
