Certification ceremony of the Malaysia Kyushu University Alumni Association (MYKYUDAI)

On Thursday, January 13, 2022, 11 members of the Malaysia Kyushu University Alumni Association (registered September 2021) and seven Kyushu University board members gathered online to hold the "certification ceremony of Malaysia Kyushu University Alumni Association."

Prof. Hisaeda, in charge of the Alumni Associations, led a greeting by President Ishibashi, a presentation of the certificate and the university flag, and an introduction of the Malaysia Kyushu University Alumni Association by Dr. Sheikh Ahmad Zaki.

Kyushu University has enhanced ties with alumni associations in Japan and abroad through the Federation of Alumni Associations of Kyushu University, a federation of departmental and regional alumni associations. In February 2020, Kyushu University launched a new registration system, “Registration for Kyushu University Alumni Association,” broadening its approaches to expanding and strengthening the networks with overseas alumni associations.
