The Future Opened Up by the Collaboration of Medicine and Design/Art
The role of design has enormous scope, ranging from simple designs of objects to designs that help us plan for a safer and more comfortable life. Design can even extend to shaping visions for an improved society. Design has been incorporated in various fields of healthcare, including creating products that reduce the burden on medical professionals, and easy-to-understand instructions and services that improve patient satisfaction.
In this 2023 Medical x Design Collaboration Seminar, we will discuss advanced approaches for collaboration between Medicine and Design/Art and introduce a Human Resource Development Program aimed at promoting collaboration between the two fields.
This seminar will be held as part of Kyushu University Asia Week 2023.We look forward to the participation of medical professionals, students, and researchers.
