【Notice】 ～About changes to the job information reception system～ In February 2024, the university's job information system was changed from キャリタス UC (managed and operated by DISCO Ltd.) to 求人受付 NAVI (managed and operated by J-Net Co., Ltd.) For more information, including how to register your job-openings, please check below.

About「求人受付ＮＡＶＩ」

　Since February 2024, Kyushu University has been using 「求人受付 NAVI」, which is operated and managed by J-Net Co., Ltd., for the reception of job-opening information.
If you wish to offer your job-openings, please register your company/organisation's job vacancies on 求人受付 NAVI and set up the distribution to Kyushu University.
Only job opening information of permanent and full-time positions will be accepted.

After registering your job information, please let us know so that we could send the information to the eligible students. 

STEP１．Registration of job openings by companies and organizations 　　　　　 ⇒ The job opening is published on 求人受付 NAVI (Students can search and view it.) 　STEP２．After the registration, please contact us (e-mail, etc.) 　STEP３．Notification (by us) to the international students (through the university members only web page, etc.)

We will check the information you provide and disseminate it properly. Please note that we may not always be able to meet your request. Thank you for your understanding.

【Attention】

• Please note that the job information provided (targeting for the students graduating next school year.) will be made public after March 1.（*Job information for students who will graduate or complete their studies in 2024 (March 2025) will be opened public after March 1, 2024.）
• Please comply with the Labor Standards Act（労働基準法）・the Youth Employment Promotion Law(若者雇用促進法等) and other related laws and regulations. Please note that the job openings rejected by the Public employment security office might not be open to public. 
• There is no need to send a separated paper job opening. We do not accept any printed job openings, so please use "求人受付 NAVI"

About job openings targeted at specific schools (undergraduate or postgraduate) or departments (majors)

• The job openings targeted at specific shcools or departments are accepted at each employment office (student section of each faculty). The application procedure differs from faculty to faculty, so please contact the relevant office. Especially, please be careful for in case of medical licensing positions.
• Procedures for school recommendations (e.g. professor recommendations) are carried out by individual schools and departments, so please check with each employment office or employment teacher.
