At the Job and Career Support Section, Career and Scholarship Support Division, Student Affairs Department of Kyushu University, we provide career support primarily for international students who wish to find employment in Japan. In this context, employment in Japan refers to working for private companies that are legally registered in Japan.

At Kyushu University, we use「求人受付NAVI」system, which is operated and managed by J-Net Co., Ltd., to receive job postings.

  • Please note that job postings intended for students graduating (or completing their programs) in the next academic year will be made public starting March 1(*For job postings targeting students graduating or completing their programs in the 2026 academic year [March 2027], the information will be published from March 1, 2026. However, registration of job postings on「求人受付NAVI」system will be available from December 1, 2025.)
  • We kindly ask that you comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including the Labor Standards Act(労働基準法)and Act on the Promotion of Employment of Youth(若者雇用促進法). Please be aware that if a company or organization has had its job postings rejected by a public employment security office, its company information and job details may not be made public.

  • Job postings limited to specific faculties (or graduate schools) and departments are accepted through the employment offices (student affairs sections) of each faculty or graduate school. Please note that the application procedures may vary depending on the faculty or graduate school. We kindly ask you to contact the relevant office for details. In particular, we ask for your special attention when submitting postings for positions requiring medical licenses or qualifications.
  • Procedures for school recommendations (such as professor recommendations) are managed individually by each faculty or department. Please consult the respective employment office or the faculty member in charge of employment for further information.
