Signing Ceremony for the University-wide Agreement between Kyushu University and National Taiwan University of Science & Technology

On January 15, 2019 (Tuesday), President Chiharu Kubo and Ching-Jong Liao, President of National Taiwan University of Science & Technology (Taiwan Tech), signed the university-wide agreement between Kyushu University and Taiwan Tech at Ito campus, Kyushu University. CHEN Chung-Jen, the Representative of Fukuoka Branch, Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Osaka attended the ceremony to cerebrate concluding the agreements.
Taiwan Tech is a technological university established in 1974 as the first and leading higher education of its kind within Taiwan’s technological university system.
Kyushu University and Taiwan Tech have already collaborated in several fields such as engineering sciences, information science and design. This agreement will make a contribution to accelerate university-wide academic cooperation and student exchanges in various area.
