Academic year 2018 Kyushu University Commencement Ceremony

On Wednesday, March 20, 2019, the Kyushu University Commencement Ceremony was held at SHIIKI HALL for 2,538 undergraduate students. Following the celebration concert by Kyudai Philharmonic Orchestra, President Kubo delivered a farewell address and conferred degrees on the representatives of the graduating students from each school and from the 21st Century Program.
Ms. Himiko Kuwahara gave a speech as a representative of the graduating students.
After the ceremony for undergraduate students, the Commencement Ceremony for graduate students was held on the same day and 2,231 graduate students were conferred with Master's, Doctoral and First professional degrees.
