研究者が有する発注事務の範囲

  • 物品購入等に係る発注事務は、原則として会計事務職員が行います。ただし、予算の配分を受け、当該予算の管理及び執行に関する事務の委任を受けた研究者（予算管理者）は、1契約あたり150万円未満の契約（工事契約を除く）について、自ら発注することができます。
  • なお、物品等の納品検査は、原則として、検査職員（検収センター（会計・事務支援センター）職員または会計事務職員）が行うことになっており、研究者は納品検査を行うことができません。
