「女性研究者支援プログラム　出産・育児期研究助成制度」の新設について

　九州大学では、出産・育児に直面する本学の専任の女性教員に対し、出産等による研究への影響をできるだけ抑えるため、研究補助者の雇用経費と研究費を助成する制度を新設しました。
　この制度により、女性教員は出産前後の体調不良や育児等で研究に専念できない時期やそれに伴って競争的外部資金等の獲得が困難な時期に、研究補助者を雇用したり、研究費の助成を受けたりすることができます。

　本学の女性教員の皆さんが出産・育児と研究の両立が困難な時期にこの制度を活用していただくことにより、少しでも研究活動への影響を緩和することができればと考えています。
