　九州大学はこの度、文部科学省「次世代IT基盤構築のための研究開発」の研究開発領域「将来のスーパー コンピューティングのための要素技術の研究開発」において、研究開発課題「ペタス ケール・システムインターコネクト技術の開発」が選定されました。

　本研究では、将来のペタフロップス超級スパコン（１秒間に１００兆回の演算を行う世界最高速のコンピュータ）構築に必須である高性能・高機能シ ステムインターコネクトに焦点を当て、光スイッチ技術や高性能・高機能通信技術の研究開発を進めていきます。
